RISE was born out of boredom with the normal gym experience, founded by a team of fitness enthusiasts who wanted more from their training. It brings together elements from multiple disciplines (strength training, powerlifting, olympic lifting, speed/agility, sports conditioning + more) under one roof, and priced at a point that makes elite training affordable. We're centrally located right off Route 1, between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach.
