PSL and sweater weather is on the way to DE Beaches and Visit Rehoboth has some suggestions to help you save some $, entertain, keep the kids (and you!) busy this Fall.

45th Annual Fall Sidewalk Sale: October 6-8
Get ahead of gift buying this Holiday Season with some great deals! The popular Rehoboth Beach Sidewalk Sale is Friday, October 6th through Sunday the 8th. And best of all, it’s TAX FREE Shopping!
Just a short drive away, be sure to include Lewes’ Boast the Coast on Saturday, October 7th. Since 1996, Boast the Coast has everything for the entire family! From the Fall Sidewalk Sale (including Artists) to face painting for the kids and a visit from the Lewes Pirate Clown. Take advantage of all the free tours too…the Cannonball House, Life-Saving Station and the Overfalls Lightship are all open. Plus local musical entertainment.
Jazz Weekend: October 11-15
Jazz is so popular in the Rehoboth Beach area there are two Jazz Festivals happening at the same time! Since 1990, Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival brings in global and local artists. Plus, the 11th Annual True Blue Jazz Festival focuses on songs from the Great American Standards Songbook. From large to small venues, the town becomes covered in Jazz Performances. Spots as large as the Convention Center to the hotel conference rooms offer shows. Many of the local restaurants become performance spaces too so you can dine and hear some incredible jazz.
Camp Rehoboth Block Party and Clear Space Theatre: October 15th
May we suggest, Sunday October 15th you begin with Camp Rehoboth’s Block Party where they block off all of the 2nd block of Baltimore Avenue and they fill the entire block with entertainment performances, and line the sidewalks with dozens of local store and food vendors. Then end at Clear Space Theatre to see Mel Brook’s Young Frankenstein. It’s the story of the grandson who inherits his family’s estate in Transylvania and he finds himself in the mad scientist shoes of his ancestors. Boos & Brews: October 27th
Kick off Halloween Weekend with Boos & Brews, Friday October 27th in Lewes on the Lewes Historical Society Campus. Stroll the campus and taste the local eateries, breweries, and vineyards. $50 includes the food, drink, music and entertainment. Costumes encouraged and 21+ to attend.
Sea Witch Festival: October 27-29th
The 32nd Annual Sea Witch Festival is sure to be fun for the entire family. Enjoy games, activities, music, and of course the parade-- with floats and the famous Sea Witch Balloon, carried this year by Jack Lingo Realtors. Events take place both in downtown Rehoboth and Dewey and all of the businesses truly get in the spirit. It is a great weekend! Be sure to plan ahead with parking on parade day; we recommend using the DART bus that has stops outside of town and can shuttle you to the action!
