Jill Latina, owner and yoga instructor at Studio One Rehoboth, will be offering Flow Yoga for all levels. She will guide you through linking breath with movement to create a meditative or zen feeling before you float. Savasana in purified water and 1,200lbs of epsom salt for physical and emotional benefits.
The event will be on Sunday, October 15th from 5 - 7PM.
