Easter Bonnet Bar Crawl to raise scholarship funds

The third annual Easter Bonnet Bar Crawl will take place from 1 to 4 p.m., Saturday, March 30, starting at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand at Rehoboth Avenue and the Boardwalk. This year’s theme is The Elements (Earth, Wind, Fire and Water). The event is free and open to people age 21 and over who are ready to load up their glue guns and get creative.
Donning their outrageous Easter bonnet creations, participants will gather for a group photo in front of the bandstand and set off to hop all over downtown Rehoboth Beach to spread cheer and indulge in food and beverage specials from participating bars and restaurants.
Produced by the same crew responsible for last year’s Mrs. Roper Romp, the event will benefit the Rehoboth Beach Bears High School Scholarship Program. There is no participation fee or ticket required, but we encourage you to make a minimum $10 to the Rehoboth Beach Bears RBHS Scholarship Program (https://www.rehobothbeachbears.com/donate/).
Please note that your bonnet does not need to match the theme to participate.
12:45 PM All participants will gather in front of the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand for a group photo.
1:00 PM to 4 PM Group photo...then the Easter Bonnet Bar Crawl begins!
Participants will then take over our beautiful beach town! Participating bars and restaurants will offer drink and food specials to anyone anyone wearing an Easter Bonnet during this time. Offers vary by location, but may include special prices on food and drinks, or an exclusive Springtime-inspired cocktail.
There is no entrance or registration fee. However, we ask is that you express your gratitude by making a charitable donation to Rehoboth Beach Bears High School Scholarship Program. 100% of your donation will go directly to this charity.
Please drink responsibly! Choose a designated driver before the event, or arrange for an Uber or public transportation.
