Holiday Tree Lighting & Sing-a-Long – November 26, 2010 - Capping the “Black Friday” shopping day, gather at the bandstand for the holiday tree lighting and to sing holiday songs. It’s a hometown tradition! Come to the bandstand for the sunset tree lighting. 6-7:00 PM.

 
The Rehoboth Beach Farmers’ Market Holiday Market (2010 date to be announced) from Noon to 3pm in Grove Park.  Many of your favorite vendors will be there.  Holiday decorations and Holiday goodies will be available. Shop and dine at local downtown Rehoboth Beach businesses while you are in town!
 

Community Unity Spaghetti Dinner - December 5, 2010 from 4:00 PM- 7:00 PM- at the Convention Center, presented by Main Street and provided by the famous Nicola's Pizza. It's a fantastic meal, featuring spaghetti, meatballs, a salad bar, beverages and awesome desserts. There is entertainment by the Tim Laushey Trio plus a Singing Santa for kids of all ages. Tickets sold at the door. Also at Community Unity, Main Street bestows its Citizen of the Year.   2009 Citizen of the Year Award  was presented to Bette Gallo. Bring your canned goods for a food drivesponsored by Auto Gallery benefiting Casa San Francisco, Sussex County Food Bank, Jusst Sooup Ministry, and more. Hometown Christmas Parade - December 6, 2010 - Monday evening along Rehoboth Avenue beginning at 6:30 p.m. A local tradition, the parade will feature more music, more costumes and more fun than ever, with volunteers from the Fire Department, Police, Public Works and community organizations. Dozens of local groups, bands and participants have already signed up. Line-up starts at 4:00 The parade begins at State Road, travels East to the Boardwalk and the turns West and goes back up to the Convention Center. Parade entrants are judged, with prizes awarded at the Christmas Party immediately following the parade at Convention Hall. Youngsters can chat with Santa and light refreshments will be served. Groups and individuals wanting entry information should call Skip Millman and Mike Sampler at the Hometown Parade voice mail at 302-441-8615 or e-mail RBHTCP@gmail.com for an application.
